Luca Di Filippantonio
Country Administrator for Remote Work Sweden – web and software developer with a passion for technology and sustainability
Hi, I'm Luca.
I'm a web and software developer with a deep-rooted passion for technology and sustainability. Italian by birth, I've lived in Sweden for over 15 years. My mission is to help shape the future of work through sustainable, effective digital solutions that don't just enhance productivity but also leave a positive impact on our communities and our planet.
I've had the privilege of working with international and global companies, bringing diverse perspectives to every project. I joined Remote Work Europe because I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to work remotely, regardless of where they live – and that remote work, when done well, can be one of the most powerful tools we have for building flexible, inclusive, sustainable working lives.
For Remote Work Europe I write and host on remote work in Sweden – the Nordic employment context, the practicalities of moving here, and the cultural patterns that shape how Swedish workplaces think about flexibility. I also admin the Remote Work Sweden community.
