What Precision Medicine Group does

The titles on our board included Regulatory Manager and Senior Regulatory roles, Senior Clinical Research Associate, Regulatory and Start Up Specialist, Start Up Lead, Project Director, Project Support Specialist, and an Associate Director for Global Dossier and Value Communications.

The common thread is process and documentation under regulatory scrutiny – people who can run a submission or a study start-up across several jurisdictions without losing the thread.

What the hiring pattern tells you

All sixteen Precision Medicine Group roles on our board were non-technical. Not most. All of them.

That is the single most unusual statistic in this series, and it makes the company worth knowing about for a reader who has concluded that remote work means software. It does not. It means work whose output is a document, a decision or a conversation rather than a physical object, and regulated clinical research qualifies completely.

The second signal is the country spread.
