Nomad Summit Remote Work Edition Tallinn 2026: speaker applications open

Nomad Summit Remote Work Edition Tallinn 2026 is open for speaker expressions of interest. The event runs 3-5 July 2026 in Tallinn, Estonia, and is the first dedicated remote-jobs-focused edition of the Nomad Summit series – co-hosted with Remote Work Europe and built around real careers, hiring practices, and the working reality of distributed teams. Shortlist notifications go out by the end of April 2026, with rehearsal videos and final content decisions due mid-June 2026.

Why this matters. This is one of the few European remote-work events explicitly built for working professionals rather than founders or freelancers, with a Careers Track aimed at remote job seekers, career changers, and location-independent professionals. The organisers are actively recruiting new voices – particularly hiring managers, team leaders, practitioners with lived remote-work experience, and people from underrepresented regions, sectors, or backgrounds. Speakers do not need prior stage experience; the brief is “real experience, not theory, not motivation.” Format options include 20-30 minute talks, 45-60 minute workshops, or panel participation.

What speakers receive. Complimentary full-event pass for 3-5 July; promotion across Nomad Summit and Remote Work Europe channels (12k+ newsletter subscribers, 100k+ on Instagram and Facebook combined); a professional session recording to keep; a warm, engaged audience of remote workers, freelancers, hiring managers, and location-independent professionals; and a podcast opportunity (either a pre-event teaser or post-event deep dive).

What to watch. Early expressions of interest are prioritised for programme planning, so apply now rather than waiting for the formal deadline. Applications open at nomadsummit.com/tallinn-2026/become-a-speaker. The event will not accommodate remote presentations – speakers must be available in Tallinn for 3-5 July.

Not a speaker but want to attend? Tickets are €190 for the full three-day event at Kultuurikatel, Tallinn. Secure your ticket at nomadsummit.com/tallinn-2026. The event is also being co-promoted by e-Residency Estonia, and a separate Remote Jobs Fair runs alongside the main conference.

Disclosure: Remote Work Europe is a partner of Nomad Summit Remote Work Edition Tallinn 2026, and RWE’s founder Maya Middlemiss is consulting on the programme.
